We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the administrative needs of the Institute.
Responsibilities include: maintaining day-to-day operations, including office and property management, scheduling, filing, data entry, mailings, and project and event logistics; producing promotional materials; maintaining social media platforms; assisting with grant proposals, reporting, and financial transactions; and performing additional duties as assigned by the Director.
Qualifications include: a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred; previous administrative experience and social media management; strong writing and editing skills; basic photography skills and knowledge of editing software; creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content; strong organizational skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
